This video of a memorable song by Barbara Dane, and is accompanied by footage of Palestinians resisting Israeli occupation. Barbara sent the following email "At the end of this video please give credit to the writer of the words, who was a beloved singer/activist here in the SF Bay Area: Malvina Reynolds. Malvina was inspired to write the song in 1964 after taking part in a sit-in at the Palace Hotel in San Francisco, which was refusing to hire black people."
