what an environment, such fun to live with all that stuff
The handheld/slo mo "Lens Baby" shots you are referring to were taken by me with a 60D and shot at 60fps and converted to 24fps. I found a vintage MAGNIFYING GLASS that Kenyan/Grace had sitting on the shelf and began shooting through it. It caused some wonderful distortions. I used it with an old Nikon 50mm 1.4 which made it feel more like an 85mm.
My initial inspiration for the piece was the "Raindrops Keep Falling on My Head" sequence from Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. Not quite Bonnie and Clyde but close!
Thanks again for all your support - it really means a lot and I'm honored to once again be included as one of your "picks".
Superb in both execution and detail.
Once again something to aspire to.
Do you live in NY? I'm here now
Superb work Gary...
One of these days I'll find something for you to do in Brazil and we can finally get together.
Be well
Robin
Thanks to all involved.
