Eis Frei (2008) is a Short Film directed by Ivan Barbosa.

'Eis Frei' tells the story of the 17-year-old girl Catharina, who experiences a moment of happiness by escaping the harsh reality of the Second World War by fleeing into her own fantasy world. The film is about an ongoing search for freedom in times of oppression.

"EIS FREI" has been selected by several Filmfestivals including the 2008 International Film Festival Rotterdam, 2008 Pusan International Filmfestival in South-Korea.
