Together with Trung we created our first iPhone App. Timr (yes, I am aware of the flickr reference) provides preset timers for many common tasks. These are different times for tea, cooking time for spaghetti, time to brush the teeth and so on. Timr was intended as a test for upcoming applications. We thought something so simple like a timer app would be quite easy to implement. Mind you, coding a timer app is more complicated than creating a whole new game!
However, some cool features are the offsprings of our hard work.
Many timers can run at the same time and the do ring even when the iPhone/iPod Touch is locked! When adding a new timer one can select a pic from the photos library or snap a picture directly from within the app. Ringing timers can be silenced when one shakes the device :)
