Kim & Allan were married at Lennoxlove House near Haddington on the 11th August 2011 and opted for our Gold Package.
The Church of Scotland ceremony took place in Lennoxlove chapel with its whitewash walls and candlelit vaulted ceiling, making the ceremony feel very intimate.
They spent the day with friends, family and their gorgeous and charming daughter, Ayla who made for a wonderful little flower girl. In spite of the dismal Scottish weather spirits were exceptionally high, reflecting I think the extraordinary good nature of the couple. Best of luck for your new life in New Zealand, lots of love, Butterfly Films!
So, what did Kim & Allan think of our approach…
‘We're just back from our little trip away & I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say a very, BIG thanks to you for all your hard work on our wedding day, you were, as promised....extremely professional & unobtrusive & to be perfectly honest I have to say I very rarely even noticed that you were in the same room as us.....quite a skill to have I think! Your approach really works well & those who did spend anytime with you all commented on your relaxed & friendly approach.’ Kim
This highlights film also features our 21:9 widescreen effect, this aspect ratio will make your wedding look more cinematic than previously possible making your wedding film feel more like a motion picture and can be included as an options extra.
On the day the wedding photographer was Alistair Burn Murdoch (abmphotography.com/) who was a pleasure to work with – my only complaint of him would be he is simply too good and too fast. He barely gave me a chance to film with his unrelenting pace! I hope with some better weather he might slow down next time…
