The 2011 Hereford Photography Festival & Hereford College of Arts Young Person’s Photography Competition attracted over 150 entrants from young people from across the region. Young photographers (aged 11-19) from Birmingham to Herefordshire sent in their artwork for selection on the theme of Movement.
“The film provides an opportunity for those who may not know much about it. I feel it also show’s those who have been involved with the competition that we value them and their work, which in turn may encourage them and others to enter again next year.” Kirsty Pye, Photography Festival.
The winner and a selection of other successful entrants are being exhibited at Hereford College of Arts from Friday 28th of October to Friday 25th November 2011.
