The video shows an installation by Claudia Busch exhibited in 2002 in the Design District , Miami. The installation is related to September 11 events and the Absence of the World Trade Center.
Claudia Busch is concerned with the architectural space and the way we perceive and project our memory on certain places. Paradigms, new urbanity and the rejection of verticality inspired her to take photographs of the World Trade Center. The images of the two main towers became containers of negative spaces, horizontal perspectives and evanescent memories that flow in its fragile illusion. These images turn out to be another hetero-utopian space and imaginary architectural construction.
