Do you consider yourself an owner or a steward of what God has graciously given you? As we've studied the last two Sundays, Jesus tells us the way we handle our money and possessions says a lot about what we actually believe about the Kingdom of God. In fact, 11 or Jesus' 39 parables deal with finances and money directly, so as his disciples we must be wise in this area of our lives.

The key questions that come up in these parables are similar. Are we storing up for ourselves treasures on earth or investing in treasures that are eternal? Are we aware that we are accountable to God with how we use the things we have? Remember, this journey we are embarking on as a church leads us into more and more freedom!
