Fly through the New Community on the Sheridan starting from the Bruckner Expressway; Concrete Plant Park is on the right (red) and all the bridges spanning the Amtrak tracks would allow access to the park and the Bronx River. The video pauses at the Whitlock Ave. 6 train station and shows how Westchester Ave. would be converted into a pedestrian plaza. We then see the 1,200 units of new affordable housing and then finish by Starlight Park.
