George's parents decided to go save babies in Africa and sent him to live with his grandpa, Colonel. The only problem is, he's gotta work in Colonel's restaurant, An Okay Place To Eat. And the restaurant staffed by a bunch of crazy, senile, and wash-up TV mascots.
