From a filming point of view it is hard work....sometimes, in a few shots, the weakness of DSLRs for video are exposed.
But when I consider that almost nothing in this kind of shoot is prearranged it is a very fine cover of an excellent event.
Filming all those goodies made it really hard, 'cause we didn't get to participate. (Although- Holly did save me one of her delicious desserts)
Technically, If I had 5D's to film with it would've been much better in the low-light conditions.
This one was by far the most technically challenging shoot I've done. But still very pleased with the outcome.
Good idea regarding the plate narration- I was hampered though by the frenetic nature of the shoot.
Looking back, I was really fortunate to get the comments from the crew that I did.
