Short film I captured during a scotch tasting at Leon's restaurant. Heartfelt moment in the beginning when Ed Varipapa Executive Chef/Owner addressed the untimely passing of our friend and scotch connoisseur Sal Ferraro Jr. As someone who witnessed the event from the outside, Sal would have been proud of the meal his best friend put out and would have found just the right criticism to drive him crazy... Miss you Sal, we all do!
