Lava flowing from Kilauea volcano erupts in a large plume of steam on the Big Island of Hawaii. No lava is visible, but several explosions of rock are seen. View is about half-mile from where the main lava flow meets the ocean. Park visitors were allowed to walk across the lava field between the hours of 5 PM and 10 PM. Recorded with FlipVideo camera on February 7, 2009.
