For the making of this clip, audio properties such as frequency, amplitude, velocity, attack and pitch were analyzed by a computer. The data of these measurements was then re-encoded and applied to visual properties, such as pattern, chroma, brightness, opacity and scale. The images you see are thus created and influenced directly by the sound you hear.

To me, music is all about emotion. So, if music is raw emotion and we're using this technique of analyzing the audio to create visuals, are we actually scientists measuring emotion? Is that possible? Can we measure emotion?

Or maybe I was just playing around with some audio reactive code while the song was playing and this happened to be the end result.

Either way, this is my 'creative science'. I hope you enjoy it.
