Envato News is a Cinema 4D + AE CS4.
No plugin needed
The plugins have been pre render.
In the project you wool find the original layer with the effects applied.
The Project contains 5 C4D files very easy to customize.What you will have to do is replace a spline.

The AE project are made in order to give you the flexibility on retiming the project for the duration you need.
The full HD clouds footage is included.
The small HD Night City is included.
A bonus folder with ready to use animation for place holder will be in the package.

The preview is an edit of all the assets.Once you render all your assets with an alpha channel you can organize many version of your promo or commercial with your images and your brand identity.
