This week the Country Music Association is holding its awards shindig and amidst the hullabaloo they’ll be honoring one of the true legends of music, Glen Campbell. It’s not often that a musician whose career spans the length of time Campbell’s has (he was awarded CMA Entertainer and Male Vocalist of the Year back in 1968) is still receiving accolades today. But he’s getting just that for both his performances on his Goodbye Tour and for his Ghost On The Canvas album. Check out this video, which features both Glen and his children and then look into Ghost On The Canvas, the album of Glen’s life, which pairs him with musicians he’s inspired—Brian Setzer, Paul Westerberg, Jakob Dylan and Billy Corgan among others.
