Ethnobotanists Juan Ruiz Macedo and Kathleen Harrison share the medicinal and traditional use of an Amazonian plant. The folk name is "Ajo Sacha" or "forest garlic." The scientific name is Mansoa alliacea, in the family Bignoniaceae.
