Sam Greg and I headed up to diagonal in Huntington ravine on Mount Washington and got lucky this past Saturday. Just to avoid pissing off any ice climbers it should be known that the rope team we skied by knew we were coming, was ready for us, and was fine with us skiing by. I don't think they minded us setting the boot pack either.
The conditions are some of that best I have ever had for ski mountaineering.
