The Neohaus Institute launched its first annual Bounty of the Harvest Celebration, OctoberFresh. October Fresh was held at Mason Park Community Center on October 29. The celebration featured many presenters showcasing products and fresh foods. Travis Hughey of Faith and Sustainable Technologies presented Barrel-Ponics, a alternative agriculture technique. University Park, Round River Consulting and Akron Summit Community Action, Inc. supported the event.
