Manna Industries Inc. is the initiative of John & Bev Lowe - who in their "retirement" can't seem to slow down! The Soup Kitchen has provided over 2,000,000 meals to those in need! They have both recently been awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia for service to the community through the provision of social welfare services.

Peter Llewellyn 4 months agoAs a recently joined volunteer at Manna, this inspiring story holds a special joy. Bev & John are such wonderful people. It is a bit disturbing, however, to recognise faces in this video from 3 years ago that are still to be seen in the park. For some I guess homelessness becomes a way of life.
