We recorded everything in the Spring/Summer 2009 Promo at 60 frames per second, which means we got no audio with the actual tricks. That forced everyone to do their trick (or a variation of it) twice, so that we could synch up audio in post production. Something about a grown man chasing around a skateboarder with a boom mic is bizarre. Subsequently, it tends to drain the person being filmed of any desire to put forth effort into their skateboarding, and that shits funny to me. It's also perfectly ironic that my lens was absolutely filthy for every audio recording. Observe...
