Canon 5D HD Mime Old Town Stockholm Music Video
9 months ago
Using the new Canon 5D Mark II inside and outside in natural low light in Old Town in Stockholm.
The movie was shot with a 50mm EF-lens, f1,2.
No grading done, under post-production the only change in colour is the simple desaturation of all colours in some parts of the movie. Please comment on this one.
Music by The Knife.

I am a little uncomfortable with mime (I really don't know why....maybe it's the pathos thing).
I feel that you probably need a stonger theme to hang all that talent on... a little more sense of direction.
The roots of mime are in the past, perhaps ,You are the one who is going to bring it kicking and screaming into the present century. (Silently of course).
I hope we will be seeing more from You,
Bob
The white balance could be a bit colder, K3500-4000.
please post more ;)
Is the music the knife?
And Sweedish women are my favorite.

At first i didn't know that the song belonged to the video. While i love the song, it don't seem to merge with the video.
I enjoyed you film a lot! Congratulations!
The only thing witch distract from the film are the little second mirror to the left in the mirror&hat scenes and quite some camera shake in the handheld scenes.
This little shake could be easily eliminated with a little tool: Mercalli from a company called prodad.de

also love your bride to be, keep it up!
As a last note, learn to edit WITH the music - motion in your shots should match the feel of motion in the music. Move your hands to the music as you edit - they are moving like your shot should move, if that makes any sense.
Generally, I would put about 3X more cuts - it feels too slow.
This is not to be discouraging - motion pictures are an art one can spend one's whole life learning.
Beautiful movie. keep it up.
awesome actress as well!
Although I always prefer to use tripod.
Love your work!
