Today, we're channeling the game show skills of Wink Martendale (card sharks anyone?) and playing a little game we like to call "Buzzwords". In this episode, JLee hosts and asks Kathy, William and KD to judge whether buzzwords/buzzphrases like "Extra Mile", "Seat at the Table", "I'm Not a Micro-Manager" and "Strategic" are BRILLIANT OR BS....

Michael Haberman 9 months agoI think being strategic is about more than just a label for someone. Contributing inside and out means that you have to have a longer term vision. You need to understand what is coming down the line. That to me is being strategic. Being a "doer" is good, but if all you are doing is "activities" you are not important to your organization.
