Are you going to be creating a plan or vision for using technology to support and iprove teaching and learning at your program or institution? We're creating very brief workshops (10-15 minutes each) on different facets of this process, e.g., choosing goals, considering the time horizon, considering relevant changes in the environment. This eClip is for a brief workshop on 'actions': steps that people at your institution take to advance toward one or more of those goals. The workshop focuses on the differences between "big steps" and "small steps", and helps you explore when, and why, small steps may be a better, safer way to achieve your goals.
