I just export from final cut pro. to quicktime.

Compression: H.264
Quality: High
Bitrate: 3000kbits/sec
Encoding mode: multi pass
Dimensions 1280x720 (for HD only)

hope that helps. if not check out the FAQ on vimeo site and there are compression settings that work good. that is how I came up with these settings.

thanks man! yea i mean the colors with the HVX are already amazing. so i just did some contrasting making the darks darker and alittle saturation.
