This is a path captured from a small portion of a large interactive model.
This was a 7 story office building with many interesting features, but the part we're most worried about is that it was done fully in Revit, and then imported into 3dsmax for organizing into floors / areas, and then imported into Unity3D for your viewing pleasure. this fully modeled out office building runs on an average laptop at ~15 frames per second, and ~200 on my older model video card (Geforce 8800)
The whole process from updated rev it model, to working exported standalone player was approx 4 hours, 2 of which is spent calculating Lightmaps/UV's/Importing the large rev it file, and 2 of which was spent editing and adjusting for some of the features that were done incorrectly in the rev it file (IE: some objects that are just ridiculously over dense in an imported rev it file, curved surfaces, railings, objects that didn't have a material applied, etc..)
