The 2010 Manion Lecture took place on May 5, 2010 at The Canada School of Public Service (CSPS) in Ottawa. Guest speaker, Dr. Thomas Homer-Dixon, addressed how responses to worsening socio-ecological stresses have led to greater complexity, short-term management and psychological and social denial.
