A historical fiction fantasia loosely based on the origin of American Zoetrope.

Synopsis:
In 1971, three young filmmakers go on a psychedelic adventure for inspiration through their favorite boyhood movies.

Background:
Take a psychedelic trip through film history, inside the brains of 3 filmmakers who are now, themselves, a quintessential part of that same cannon. It is a timeless tale of chasing inspiration- through ' block, depression, and financial recession.
As humans, be us great Hollywood success stories, struggling artists, movie lovers, avid readers, children, or adults, we are charged to search for, and constantly rediscover, the power of our imaginations.
And, if you keep wholeheartedly making the quest, you'll find that inspiration, elusive as it is, never completely disappears, not when you grow up, not even when the world seems to be falling apart around you. And that is because imagination IS magic. Real, true magic; but you have to "actively seek it".
