    Dear President Obama,
Thankyou for your tenacity and willingness to govern, in these most trying times. You are an inspiration to this great nation of ours. Now, let us all do our part. Yes We Can!

I'm concerned...3.5 Million new jobs in two years? is that enough for all of us that don't have one anymore?
  • ivo tard 2 years ago
better that a kick in the butt I guess. Our actual president here in Italy had promised us nothing even far as good as your so what do you complain for? ;)

Great first step - we definitely need more job creation though, and we could desperately use it in mass public transportation.

I am extremely skeptical of this action. It's difficult to understand how such a plan can solve some issues without creating thousands more. Will the return on this national "investment" into the struggling economy really be worth it? For a nearly $2 trillion investment I expect nothing more than $2 trillion in return in comparison to action without this bailout.

Well said about respecting the opinions of others. I think a lot of people share your concerns about how this plan will impact our hurting economy. But picture if you will how much more it would cost if our course of action was to do nothing and the problem continued to escalate. How much more would that cost our future?

This money that is being pulled out of a hat is money based on debt and will be owed to people who don't have it to loan. Why not try to fix how the system of money works and not put the people of your country more into debt. I have no doubt what you do will help for a while but, we will all be back in this same situation if the way money it created is not changed.

ya where are they getting this money? economy is in turmoil. China is having problems of their own. Ya, you guessed it, print print print--->inflation.

I think the only way we will be back in this situation is if we do not learn that "GREED" is not justifiable as a legitimate tool of capitalism.
