This video captures the Listening to the Light art installation by Leif.designpark and LS which was presented at Tramshed 2011 during London Design Festival. In a darkened room, music was fed through a device that transforms sound signals into electronic energy. Incandescent bulbs emitted light at varying intensity, keeping pace with the volume and tone of the music. Expressing in detail the complexity of the composition, the exhibit aimed to provide a deeper understanding of what is heard, by engaging two senses at once.
