The Homegrown Revival is an open source food project spearheaded by Chef Sonya Coté and curated by Hank Cathey.
Every month, we'll create a new meal from locally sourced meats and the vegetables we find in the gardens of Springdale Farm, prepared in the style of Italian family dinners. Served at the farmhouse of Springdale Farm, this is the ultimate in local, seasonal eating.
