Atlantis, The Palm invites guests and residents to savour the unique taste of exquisite white truffles specially flown-in from Italy at award-winning restaurant, Ronda Locatelli by Michelin star Chef Giorgio Locatelli. For centuries, people have travelled from near and far to experience the aroma and flavour of the white truffle. Found by truffle hunters from the grounds of the San Pietro a Pettine Estate, the gourmet white truffle (Tuber Magnatum Pico) is harvested each year from October to December. Chef Giorgio Locatelli has infused the white truffles in a selection of authentic a la carte Italian dishes available exclusively at Ronda Locatelli.
