Via this program, we have aimed to present a compress summary on The Fourth United Nations Conference - the Least Developed Countries (May 9 to 13 May 2011, Istanbul), which produced two important documents for the coming next ten years. Those are: "Istanbul Plan of Action" and Istanbul Programme".

This particular program is focused on the 2011 Fourth UN LDCs Conference as well as its outcome, plan, program and actions for the coming ten years that directly effects 900 million people and 48-49 countries in the world.
