The Great Path. Habitat, culture, adventures – 2011.

The Great Path 2011. An event not to be missed. In its third edition, this year the review offers an even more extensive selection. From deserts to the Alps, from Greenland to Tibet, from climbing to protection of the environment, from the history of cinema to musical road movies, from street climbing to caves, from Kenyan roadrunners to wingsuit flying, the story of people who have always lived in the mountains to those who are leaving the city forever.

Ten events will be held in the evening (as well as in the afternoons) from the 14th to the 25th of November, with a further event on the 7th January 2012. Seven different venues for meetings and screenings in four locations: Bergamo, Nembro, Lecco and Colere. Over thirty guests, over thirty films (31…), 29 organisational collaborators, 10 conferences, 2 book presentations, 1 photography exhibition, aperitifs and evening buffets, a set of 12 postcards, a catalogue and a pocket programme.

Il Grande Sentiero 2011. Imperdibile. Ancora più ampia la proposta della rassegna giunta alla terza edizione. Dai deserti alle Alpi, dalla Groenlandia al Tibet, dall'arrampicata alla difesa dell'ambiente, dall'avventura folle alla riflessione profonda, dalla storia del cinema al road movie musicale, dallo street climbing alle caverne, dai maratoneti kenyani ai voli con la tuta alare, dalla storia di chi vive da sempre in montagna a quella di chi lascia per sempre la città.
