Roslyn Robinson is the Director at one of Mount Isa's leading childcare centres. At her centre, there is very high competition for prospective employees, in fact Roslyn often receives a number of resumes each week.

In this short video, Roslyn talks about how she came to make that decision, and how wonderful Eloise's skills, presence, personality and disability has been for their organisation, and their lives.
