Presentation of analyses conducted on King County river flow records and evaluation of model output to look for evidence of climate change impacts in the historic records and an indication of what may be in store for the future. The challenges in statistical trend detection will be identified as well and the uncertainty associated with predicting future climate and hydrology. Uncertainty however, does not necessarily imply a wait-and-see approach at this time, but rather a no regrets-low regrets approach.
