33. Overlay Process in FCP for Creating a 'Film Effect'

I wanted to play with an overlay process in Final Cut Pro that is supposed to create a video that is closer to the look of a film.

I think this looks pretty good! Plus, the process is fairly simple ... only involving a few steps.
