Fashion designer Christian Siriano lets you inside his design studio for a sneak peak at what's keeping him busy for his runway show during New York Fashion Week. The collection, inspired by the pyramids of Egypt and the colors of the desert, features eye-popping pumps and boots from his 1st ever exclusive Payless shoe collection and will be unveiled on the runway this week.
