Thanks for sharing. I noticed one lighting error: in the film sequence from 0:36-0:39 you can see way too much light spill from the green screen on the back of the character's body, neck and head. But that's a small detail...I like the stop-motion/3d integration!

very nice. i've done both stopmotion and cgi, but i never considered combining them on the level that you did.

Although this video is quite self-explanatory, a little documentation about how you did it would be very helpful for all those, who would also like to work (more ) with 'Blender'... connecting stop-motion animation with CGI is very seldomly used, as far a I know, and I think some people at the stopmotionanimation.com fourm will be really lucky about such a workshop. Although I know it might be a lot of work...

I'm thinking about writing an article/tutorial about some of the techniques I used. It probably wouldn't be too software-specific, though. I'd love it if you could shoot me an email or a message and let me know what all you'd like to see in an article like that.
