Daniel Feller, editor and director of Andrew Jackson's personal and political papers, discusses "The Jacksonian Promise." His Nov. 16, 2011, lecture highlights the political, personal, social, religious and policy realms of Jackson and the 18th and 19th centuries.

The event is part of the "Remembering American History: From Colonization to the Cold War" project hosted by the McConnell Center at the University of Louisville.
