This is 1-1/2 cells constructed for the Firecrest 3.2m -- takes about 20 minutes or so.

I'm using a slightly more time consuming, but far easier method where I stitch the top skins together, and then stitch the rib to that seam. Saves me having to line up three layers of fabric, and is slightly stronger.

Hi speed sewing. What brand is your sewing machine, Ben?

It's a 1951 Singer that my mom outgrew -- only one stitch, but is super-reliable and can power through troubles other machines would choke on.

The lack of a zig-zag is a little frustrating for kite construction, but has proved fine so far!
