Documentation of performance of "Entanglement" at Gallaudet University, April 2011. The piece is based on the provable but inexplicable phenomenon in quantum mechanics called Entanglement. Also known as "spooky action at a distance", Entanglement describes the fact that two vastly distant subatomic particles are connected such that if the spin on one is changed, the spin on the other changes in the exact same manner at the same time.
For 1.5 hours, face down on the ground, Nordin drew two small circles with a pen in each hand onto tracing paper, then pushed back to sit up and connect the two marks with a faint line.
The next iteration of this performance will last as long as possible, most likely nearer to 3 hours.
