On November 17, 2011, the USA Pear Bureau stopped in for a cheese and pear tasting at Chicago's Pastoral Artisan Cheese, Bread & Wine while on their eight city "Time is Ripe for Pears" tour and sweepstakes contest.
Edible Chicago had an opportunity to meet, greet and taste a delicious variety of pears with Pastoral cheeses!
