Life Needs Internet is a project that collects handwritten letters to document digital culture. The project revolves around one simple question:
"How does the Internet influence your life?"
Life Needs Internet asks people to answer this question in a handwritten letter, written in their own native language. The goal of Life Needs Internet is to collect these letters from as many people from different generations and cultures as possible. Recent received letters came from Berlin, Ukraine, Ghana, Papua, Chicago, Brazil and Lebanon.
How we think about a technology tells a lot about our place in time. By documenting these thoughts, these letters become artifacts and Life Needs Internet becomes a place for archaeology of digital culture.
So write me your own handwritten letter and be part of this project!
