Using cinematographic footage (the opening scene of Fritz Lang's movie, M, 1931) I repossess it, tampering with the filming sequence until it's almost unrecognizable.
I transform and tarnish both image and sound. The looped, child-like song becomes an endless refrain steadily growing more and more ambiguous.
