Hendzel + Hunt have designed and built the exclusive Advent Calendar Cabinet for Selfridges & Co. as part of their Christmas display 2011.

The cabinet, made from reclaimed materials, contains 24 compartments with lots of surprises. Hidden doors and drawers with traditional wooden locks, catches, latches, twists and turns open to reveal miniature pairs of shoes and bags.
