A friend asked me to make a video about his life and work as a potter. This was the second test piece for that video. On this day he took me to where he sources his clay… the banks of a small lagoon in southern Tasmania, Australia. I cut these rough images to some of my friend's writing and to the music of Inch Time. This video evolved on vimeo to become, 'Ben Richardson. Working Fire'.
