True is my entry for the Feb 17 weekend project. I chose a utility pole on my neighborhood block that was covered in an array of graffiti. I've walked by this a thousand times but Saturday after I had seen Daniel's Weekend Project challenge, the 'adorned' utility pole jumped out at me so I shot a number of lose to tight frames of the pole's graffiti and created True.

Timely to this project I've also been working on a series of music pieces for another on-line project called the RPMChallenge.com. For this collection of music I'm playing several instruments including the oud. I recorded several pieces over the weekend slated for this record and decided this one, a 'looped' oud piece to be the soundtrack for True.

Incidentally though on some level I think there is a subliminal message defining my titling of this video as 'True' but on a practical level if truth be told as you'll see in the piece, one of the graffiti was the word True which I have several frames of in my video. The more philosophical spin is up to your interpretation. Thanks for watching as always.
