Excerpts from the lecture "Gauge Theory and Langlands Duality" delivered by Edward Frenkel at Séminaire Bourbaki in Paris on June 13, 2009.
Parts of this video were initially intended to be included at the end of the film "Rites of Love and Math" by Reine Graves and Edward Frenkel, but did not make it to the final cut.
Kayshonne Insixieng May, the actress who played Mariko in "Rites of Love and Math", makes a cameo appearance, as well as the legendary French mathematician Jean-Pierre Serre (at the very end).
