Tim Thomas, owner of Elliot's Barbeque in Matthews, discusses the business loan he received from Charlotte Metro Credit Union. The loan will finance the purchase of a new building to house the restaurant and will help the four-year-old business expand its operation, while saving money on operating expenses.
